Orcas Life

Orcas Life is a beautiful journey up through the meandering hillsides, historical farms, cows, horses, madrona trees, apples, willows, and misty forests reaching all the way up, up to where the Salish seas meet the sky.. Mt Baker in the distance peaking through the San Juan Islands. The ferry off in the distance is the only way to get to this magical little island, and the journey here is part of the magic. I hope this painting always reminds you of this little gem called Orcas Island.
