Cascade Lake

Anyone and everyone who's spent time at cascade lake has seen this great old tree while walking through the forest path.  When you come upon this tree, you feel like you are stepping into eternity. Almost like you stumbled upon a piece of living art. The presence of this wise old tree growing resiliently out of a rock on the lake is pretty magical and majestic against the wind swept clouds.. I so loved capturing its grace.  I hope this painting gives you happy memories of the lake, and a feeling of strength, growth and new beginnings.
