I love painting commissions, and after such a successful sale last year I have decide to run my half off original sale again until the end of October. You do not have to pay it in full right away, but only put down a 30% deposit to hold your place in line, and to reserve your painting! (Also it helps me if you can give me your deposit sooner than later if you want to have it before Christmas or a special occasion so I have plenty of time to make my deadline. I never like to rush a painting. Then the remaining amount is due at the time your original is completed and you are 100% happy with the results (which I promise you will be;)
If you are unsure of what to get painted, some ideas are to pick maybe a favorite place or scene you like....Some examples of places I have painted area: Europe, Hawaii, Spain, Pacific Northwest, Home, Woods, San Diego, Beaches, Vineyard, and then decide if you want to have you and your loved on or family members in it , let me know if you prefer my earlier cubist style or my newer landscapes. Also you can send me a couple of your favorite paintings from my website I can always put some ideas for you together based on what you like as well.

All originals come gallery wrapped on thick stretcher bars and image wraps around the canvas. It's very modern and many like this look. If you do wish to include a frame, I can send you ideas for floating frames that I use (all which I get at while sale pricing)
Reserving your original is easy!
Step 1: Email me the size you wish, any photos to use for reference and any questions you have.
Step 2: I will then email you an invoice to pay the $300 deposit. Then feel free to pay the reminder when the painting is finished , or a small grace period thereafter is fine)
Step 3. I will email you 3 sketches of my ideas for the original. We can make changes until you are super happy with the layout and idea.
Step 4: Originals take anywhere between 3-6 months. Once your painting is done, I will email you a photo of the long awaited original ( or if you choose to be surprised that is fine too ) then you can send me the remaining amount due minus your deposit ) then you can pick up at my Studio in South Park or have it shipped. Shipping cost will depend on the size and where it is going but I promise to get you the best rate.
Step 5: You get your long awaited painting .. AHHH.....and do a little happy dance and send me the photo of your beautiful painting in her new home! :)
Giclee:
Our signed and numbered canvas giclees are printed on canvas to give the look and feel of the original and are the same size as the original painting. By printing on canvas, the colors achieved are bright and vivid, mirroring the intensity of Clair’s originals. Our canvas giclees are stretched on heavy duty stretcher bars and Gallery Wrapped and ready to hang! Clairs editions are kept small, usually between 40 - 100 depending on the piece.
Artist Proof
A limited number of only 10 in the edition. CLAIR creates an alternate version of the original by painting and reworking the printed canvas surface of each Artist’s Proof, with lots of texture and paint, going over the entire piece. Each custom high definition reproduction, features its own unique set of details, and there are no two in existence that are identical. She can even change the people in the painting to look like you, change hair eye color, add a favorite pet, favorite wine label, write an anniversary date in the clouds or keep it exactly as the original. Each painting is finished with her signature on the front and signed and numbered on the back.

Metal Giclee:
This is a new process that lends it self to CLAIRS vibrant colors. The process is created using a die-sublimation process in which the inks are transferred and then heated onto a special type of metal that locks in the color, gloss and vibrancy! The smaller mini's on metal make a great statement, and come with hanging hardware on the back and are ready to put on the wall as soon as you get it. Or, If you are looking for a real stand alone vibrant art piece, we can do a custom size if you choose! This is a great option if you have a lot of sun, as they are more UV resistant.
